Outcome-oriented means the mind that focuses on
results and impact. An entrepreneur will open a business to get a good profit.
In fact, entrepreneur will strive to achieve a continuous manner to further
develop their business. The main goal of an outcome-oriented is individual or
organization is to meet the objectives and realize positive growth.
Entrepreneur must always concerned about the estimated costs and benefits of a
renewal, amendment or an action and use the information business or management
methods to improve the efficiency of self and businesses.
Entrepreneur that use the outcome-oriented value
is Tan Sri SM Nasimuddin SM Amin. He was the founder, chief executive officer
of the Naza Group of Malaysia. The Naza Group was formed in 1974 and it has 14
business divisions. The Naza Group of Companies is Malaysia’s largest
privately-owned conglomerate with businesses in the automotive industry,
property development, food and beverage and hotel management to name a few.

When he was 53 years old, he died of stage four lung cancer at a private
hospital in Long Beach, California, US on 1 May 2008.
